Scope

These terms apply to public pages at pandor.ai and describe general use of Pandor websites and initiatives. They do not by themselves create a product subscription, cybersecurity service agreement, partnership, or contract to provide a grant or other benefit. A specific initiative, alliance, or service may publish additional terms that apply to participation in it.

Initiatives and partnerships

Each initiative or alliance may have its own eligibility requirements, participation conditions, timelines, and privacy notice. Review those materials before applying or sharing information. Submitting an application or inquiry confirms receipt only unless the relevant initiative expressly states otherwise; it does not by itself guarantee selection, eligibility, payment, or service delivery.

ACOPI application

The ACOPI page invites interested micro, small, and medium enterprises to submit company and contact information for that initiative. Submission does not guarantee selection, eligibility, payment, or a specific amount for any company. Dates, eligibility criteria, allocation rules, and delivery conditions must be announced separately before they can be relied upon.

Accurate information and acceptable use

Provide information you are authorized to submit and keep it accurate. Do not use the forms to impersonate another person, submit malicious content, or interfere with the website or its infrastructure. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive infrastructure information in an application or data request.

Site content and external links

Pandor’s names, logos, text, and visual materials are presented to inform about the company and its activities. External websites are operated by their respective owners. Website content may be updated as initiatives develop; any separate agreement or initiative terms govern where they apply.
